The Manifesto

The one page on this terminal that is not lying to you.

Full disclosure

ParentingMaxxing is satire. There is no gear, no Chief Parenting Officer, no guilt exchange, no compliance authority, and no formula that converts a toddler into a net present value. Every number on this site was invented for comedic effect.

It exists because modern parenting content has genuinely started to sound like a trading desk: protocols, optimization windows, critical periods, biomarkers, and the constant background hum that you are already behind. We built the interface that language deserves, turned the dial to eleven, and put a ticker on it.

The joke only works because the real thing is nearly this absurd.

The only sincere paragraph

Hugs are not a liability. Unstructured afternoons are the entire point. Twenty minutes of screen time while you make coffee is not a developmental event. Your kid does not need a protocol — they need you, present and reasonably rested, most of the time. That is the whole strategy. It has never been optimized and never needs to be.

Frequently asked questions

Is ParentingMaxxing real?

No. ParentingMaxxing is satire — a parody of optimization culture applied to raising small humans. Nothing here is a product, a service, or advice. The gear does not exist. The Chief Parenting Officers do not exist. Your child's net present value is not a real number and you should stop calculating it.

Can I buy the Jaw-Line Maxx pacifier?

You cannot, and the fact that you asked is the entire point of this website.

Should I follow any of the parenting advice on this site?

Absolutely not. If you want real guidance, talk to your pediatrician. If you want to feel better about the fact that your kid watched twenty minutes of TV while you made coffee: they are fine, you are fine, close the tab.

Why does everything look like a trading terminal?

Because that is what modern parenting content sounds like: metrics, protocols, optimization windows, and the constant implication that you are already behind. We just built the interface it deserves.

What is the Guilt Offshoring Exchange?

A joke about the fact that European families seem entirely relaxed while American parents track sleep in a spreadsheet. You cannot actually buy guilt credits. You can, however, simply decide to feel less guilty, which is free.

Still want to compute your child's valuation anyway?

Fine. Open the forecaster.
